Welcome to Reka, a ride-hailing platform that connects you with nearby drivers for convenient transportation. By accessing or using the Reka mobile application, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Reka Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Account Registration

  • To use the Reka Services, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information, including your name, email address, and phone number.
  • You can sign up for a Reka account using your existing Google or Apple account. When you choose this option, Reka will receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google or Apple to create and authenticate your Reka account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Reka account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

Use of Reka Services

  • The Reka Services are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the Reka Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
  • Reka grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Reka Services, subject to your compliance with these Terms of Service.
  • You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Reka Services. You also may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Reka Services.

Payments and Fees

  • Reka charges fees for the transportation services provided through the Reka platform. These fees are clearly displayed in the app before you confirm a ride.
  • You agree to provide a valid payment method and authorize Reka to charge the applicable fees for the rides you request.
  • Reka may offer promotional codes, discounts, or other special offers from time to time. These offers are subject to the terms and conditions specified by Reka.

Privacy and Data

Reka respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.

By using the Reka Services, you consent to Reka's collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Termination and Suspension

  • Reka reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Reka Services at any time for any reason, including if Reka reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms of Service.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Reka Services will immediately cease, and Reka may delete any of your account information or content associated with your account.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

  • The Reka Services are provided "as is" and without warranty. Reka does not guarantee the availability, reliability, or timeliness of the Reka Services.
  • Reka shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Reka Services.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and your use of the Reka Services shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Reka is headquartered.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Service or your use of the Reka Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, as outlined in the Dispute Resolution section of our Privacy Policy.
